Delivering value for money from infrastructure investment
How do we get the most out of our investment in transport infrastructure? Steph will discuss changes from around the world that are supporting better evidence-based prioritisation of investments and driving value through strong commercial management of projects. She will reflect on the unique characteristics of New Zealand and how we can keep striving to improve the value/benefits that our infrastructure investments deliver.
